Our History

Paradise Pool and Patios is revolutionizing the pool and patio industry in Dallas/Fort-Worth Metroplex. As owners, contractors, designers, and landscapers; we believe in having our hand in all aspects of the business. Our team brings a personal touch to the process. We ensure each project is completed with the customer in mind. We understand that everyone and every space if different. Our Leadership

Joe Jimenez
Director of Sales & Marketing

Having graduated from the University of North Texas, Joe has always been driven to work. Joe has played many different roles in the swimming pool industry over the years while working for a top 50 builder. Joe learned the ins and outs of the construction process, designing, and project management. In 2015 Joe teamed up with Michael to start Paradise Pool and Patios with the goal of forging a new path for the swimming pool industry. Today, Joe assists in supervising the company's construction process. He prides himself on his unique design skills. When he is not working, Joe enjoys many outdoor activities and playing basketball at his local gym.

Michael Stafford
Director of Planning & Construction

Michael graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Business Marketing. He started working in the swimming pool industry selling for a top 50 builder in the DFW metroplex. Michael has designed many projects that have won regional and national awards. He prides himself on creating unique designs for each individual client. Today, Michael assists in supervising the company's construction process. Michael prides himself on maintaining a pristine company image. When Michael is not working, you can find him on the lake with a ski strapped to his feet.

Dawn Stafford
Executive office administrator

Dawn joined the Paradise family in 2018 to enhance the customer experience through keeping everything on the back end organized and updating clients about their project schedule.  Having worked for Lincoln Properties as a property manager, Dawn has an attention to detail that ensures nothing is missed.  Before coming to Paradise, she worked for a large building products company where she was the National Sales Executive and coordinated many large events throughout the year.  Dawn brings a lot of good ideas and structure to the company on the back end and we are thankful to have her.  When she is not working, Dawn enjoys being on the lake with her family and doing anything outside in the yard.

Seneca Ouimet
Senior Project Manager

After working on the service side of the industry for many years, seneca learned the ins and outs of post construction operations.  He saw what issues arose after a project is complete and wanted to mitigate these during construction.  Seneca joined the paradise family and oversees the constrcution of projects.  He enjoys building these exquisite backyards and putting unique touches on the project.   When seneca isn't working, he enjoys a good beer on the patio and watching football on sundays.
